The Etsu of Wako chiefdom, in Kwali Area Council, Abdullaziz Ibrahim Usman, has appealed to the authorities of the council to contact the police authorities to put the abandoned police outpost in his chiefdom to use.

The chief, while speaking with our reporter over the weekend, said the police outpost, which was built over eight years ago, has been abandoned.

He said if put to use, the outpost will help in tackling insecurity in the area and called on the police authorities to equip it and deploy policemen to man it.
