The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has disclosed that eleven million, two hundred and twenty eight thousand, five hundred and eighty-two (11,228,582) registered voters failed to collect their PVCs ahead of the 2019 General Elections.
The chairman of the commission, Mahmood Yakubu who made the disclosure at a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday, added that seventy two million, seven hundred and seventy five thousand, five hundred and two (72,775,502) Nigerians from the eighty-four million four thousand and eighty-four (84,004,084) registered voters collected their PVCs and are expected to exercise their franchise on Saturday.
