The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Nasarawa state has said it would issue Certificates of Return to Governor-elect and Deputy Governor-Elect in the state on Thursday afternoon (tomorrow).
INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state, Dr Uthman Ajidagba said, “INEC would present Certificates of Return Engr. Abdullahi Sule and his Deputy, Dr Emmanuel Akabe at INEC office along Kurikyo Road, GRA, Lafia.”
It would be recalled that Engr. Sule and his Deputy, Dr Emmanuel Akabe won the governorship election under the All Progressives Congress (APC) after defeating the candidates of PDP, APGA and other political parties in the March 9 gubernatorial poll in the state.
