INEC releases results of 10 Imo Federal Constituencies

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the names of the winners of February 25 National Assembly elections held in Imo State.

The results showed that  INEC is yet to conclude the processes in two federal Constituencies.

Below are the names and parties as declared by the INEC.

1. Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpala federal constituency

Mattew Nwogu ( Labour Party

Runner up: Albert Agulanna (PDP)

2. Owerri federal constituency

Tony Okere (Labour Party)

Runner up: Ikenna Elezieanya ( PDP)

3. Okigwe North Federal Constituency

Mirriam Onuoha ( APC )

Runner up: Chikwem Onuoha ( Labour Party)

4. Okigwe South federal constituency

Jonas Okeke ( PDP)

Runner up: Chike Okafor ( APC

5. Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru federal constituency is inconclusive but Uche Ogbuagu of the Labour Party is leading followed by Akarachi Amadi of the APC

6. Oru East/ Orlu/ Orsu federal constituency

Canice Nwachukwu ( APC )

Runner up: Kingsley Onyegbula ( PDP)

7. Oguta/ Ohaji Egbema/ Oru West federal constituency

Eugene Dibiagwu (APC)

Runner up: Kingsley Uju ( PDP)

8. Nkwerre/ Nwangele/ Isu/ Njaba federal constituency is inconclusive but Ugonna Ozurigbo of the PDP is leading followed by Harrison Nwadike of the APC.

9. Ideato North/ Ideato South Ideato federal constituency

Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere (PDP)

Runner up: Paschal Obi ( Labour Party)

10. Ezinihitte Mbaise/ Ahiazu Mbaise Federal Constituency

Emeka Chinedu ( PDP)

Runner up: Darlington Amaechi ( Labour Party)
