Immigration PRO kidnapped in Edo

A Nigeria Immigration Service officer, Mrs Bridget Esene, has been reportedly kidnapped in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

Mrs. Esene, who is the Public Relations Officer of the Edo State Command of the service, was reportedly kidnapped at Ikhueniro, near Benin City, on the Benin-Agbor road on her way to church on Sunday.

The gunmen were alleged to have trailed Mrs Esene, who was driving to church on Sunday morning. They blocked her vehicle and kidnapped her at gunpoint.
