A governorship aspirant in Sokoto State on the platform of APC, Faruk Malami Yabo, has refuted a statement claiming that he has withdrawn from the race, saying he is in struggle to rescue the state.
“I hereby wish to categorically state that I am not in the race to withdraw in the first place, rather, I am in it to rescue our dear state from a terminal illness that bedevils our chances of development,” he said.
