An All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) governorship aspirant in Imo State, Uche Onyeagucha, has promised to make rule of law his guiding principle if elected into power. 

He underscored the importance of the rule of law in governance noting that no government can make any meaningful impact outside those principles. 

The gubernatorial aspirant, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, MacDonald Enwere, said central to democratic praxis and good governance, is constitutionalism and the rule of law which are precedents for democracy and purposeful leadership. 

Onyeagucha also vowed to imbibe the culture of tolerance, objectivity, integrity, accommodation, honesty and openness.
