Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has said that as chief security officer of the state, he would ensure that citizens sleep with their two eyes closed.
He said this when he Governor alongside Adamawa Philanthropist and president of EMNAMU FOUNDATION Dr. Emmanuel Musa, received merit Award from the state command of the Nigeria Immigration Service in Yola.

The Adamawa commander of the NIS, Mohammed Falali, who is winding up after putting off 35 years in service, said the award is based on merit.
Me. Falali while commenting on the second recipient of the Award Dr. Emmanuel Musa said his contribution to the command and the humanitarian activities which are being carried out by his foundation are enormous hence the award.
The commander maintained that recognizing such philanthropists’ gestures should not go unnoticed.
Fintiri, who received the award through his Chief of staff, Prof Maxwell Gidado, applauded the command for recognising his contribution, saying he would not compromise the issue of security.
The Governor promised to do more.
