The Action Democratic Party (ADP) presidential candidate, Engr Yabagi Yusuf Sani, has pledged to uphold the tenets of probity and accountability in governance if given the mandate in next year’s poll.
Sani spoke yesterday in Abuja, shortly after he was adopted by the North Central Peoples Forum (NCPF) as their preferred candidate for the 2023 election.
Sani, who was in the company of his running mate, Dr Okey Okoro Udo, and many other top leaders of the party, also pledged to unite the nation and improve the socio-economic life of the people if elected.
The Special Adviser on Media to the ADP presidential candidate, Ben Atonko, quoted his principal as saying the North Central deserved the presidency for the sake of equity, fairness and justice.

The chairman of the North Central Peoples Forum (NCPF), Chief Gabriel Aduku, said the adoption of Sani was in consideration of his track record and democratic struggle for the restoration of representative governance in Nigeria.
