IGP petitioned over Asari’s threat to APC spokesman

A statement issued by the party yesterday said it has requested the IG in the petition to invite Asari Dokubo to explain what he meant by resorting to self help to deal with the party’s spokesperson.
It said Asari Dokubo had in an interview with an online newspaper on Friday, threathened to deal with the APC’s National Publicity Secretary lawfully or otherwise.
It said Asari Dokubo had reportedly said while he will adopt a “civilised response” to Lai Mohammed by taking him to court, he will resort to “self help” using his hands or any other means to deal with him.
