Igbo leaders reaffirm support for Jonathan

This was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of their meeting in Abuja and jointly signed by Eze Nwosu Ibe, Eze Ndigbo Abuja and President Association of Ndieze-Igbo N’uzoije Nigeria and Diaspora; and Eze Pampas Nwahiwe, Eze Ndi-Igbo Minna and Coordinator, Ogbako Ndieze-Igbo 19 Northern states and Abuja.
The Igbo leaders said that after exhaustive deliberations on the state of the nation and other matters, they re-affirmed their support in line with the earlier decision of Ohanaeze Ndigbo worldwide taken in Enugu to endorse President Goodluck Jonathan for re-election.
