Current chairman of Anambra State Football Association, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah and 64 others have been successfully screened and cleared for elections by 2020 Anambra State Football Association Electoral Committee ahead of elections into the state board and Local Football Committees.
According to the final screening result released on Friday, Coach Obinna Dike showed that Ubah and Jude Obikwelu, the incumbent Vice Chairman, were the sole candidates for chairman and vice chairman positions while the 11 persons were cleared for seven member positions.
Among those cleared include Amend, Cyprian Amuzie, Ada Edward, Anthony Udennaka, Udu Kingsley, Ralph Emeka, Collins Obiefuna, Adindu Okezie, Philip Udala, Emeka Okeke and veteran journalist Philip Balepo.
