The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria has pledged to collaborate with the Kwara State Government, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the National Financial Intelligence Unit on anti-corruption war.
The chairman of the ICAN, Ilorin and District Society, Mohammed Baba Ibrahim, disclosed this in IlorinTuesday night during his investiture/award dinner.
Ibrahim said this was to compliment the anti-corruption efforts of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration and minimize fraud activities within the state civil service.
Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, represented by his deputy, Kayode Alabi, solicited citizens’ support in the administration drive to tackle corruption and ensure prudent management of resources.
