Ibom Air has introduced a reward system for customers who regularly patronise the airline called the ‘Ibom Flyer’.
The programme enables customers to get unique recognition and rewards based on their level of patronage.

In a statement, the Group Manager, Marketing and Communication, Mrs Aniekan Essienette, said members are entitled to earn miles as they fly and exchange the loyalty currency called “Gold Stars” for air tickets, adding that beneficiaries can move from one tier of earnings to another.
“Ibom Airlines Limited, as part of its promise of world-class service to its growing number of customers, has introduced a Customer Loyalty Program – the ‘Ibom Flyer’.
“The Ibom Flyer loyalty program is an opt-in program, which requires members to sign up, after which they will be assigned a unique membership number and access to a member’s portal.
“As they fly, members are entitled to earn miles in an exchangeable loyalty currency called “Gold Stars”. These earned Gold Stars can be exchanged for Ibom Air flight tickets and class upgrades amongst other benefits.”
The Chief Operating Officer of Ibom Air, Mr. George Uriesi, in the statement, said as the airline expands, more innovative services that would demonstrate its commitment to customer satisfaction would be introduced.
