I don’t want to castigate SDP members that endorsed Buhari — Donald Duke

The embattled presidential candidate of Social Democratic Party, SDP, Donald Duke has said that he will not castigate members of HIS party who endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Speaking with journalists at his polling unit at ward 5 unit 5 Diamond Hill area of Calabar, Duke said he remains the presidential candidate of the party irrespective of the antics of 15 exco members who are working against his aspiration.

He said those party officials who decided to endorse Buhari of the APC were wrong to have done that because it is to the provisions of the SDP.

“It is only 15 officials out of the whole that decided to go contrary to the provisions of the party constitution,” he said.

He expressed hope of making good impact at the polls and said he was happy at the huge turn out by voters in Calabar.
