A housewife, Mrs Mwuese Mbalaha, on Thursday, dragged her husband, Moses Tyovenda, before a Makurdi area court in Benue State for kicking her on the chest.
The prosecutor, Insp Rachael Mchiave, told the court that the accused without any provocation went to his wife’s shop in Wurukum Market and attacked her, tore her clothes and kicked her on the chest.
