Gombe State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Gen. Amnom Kwaskebe Kalaye (rtd), and other stakeholders have said they have mapped out strategies to deliver the state to the party in the 2023 general elections.
They disclosed this at a follow-up meeting of Gombe South PDP stakeholders in Abuja on Wednesday.
Speaking, the party chairman noted that they have learnt a lesson and have resolved to change their strategies as the dynamics have changed since the last general elections.
According to him, PDP is now coming to the election stronger and better prepared to confront the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and other parties in 2023.
On his part, the convener of the meeting, Dr Lamela Silas, said the meeting came at the right time when campaigns for the general elections have gained momentum and Nigerians have put all their hope for a better democratic future.
