Mrs Yohanna M. N. McDavid, an architect and financial consultant, said diligence and knowing how to woo customers are required for any business to grow.
“People are your biggest assets in any business. You must find a way to keep both new and old. This is the only way you will increase patronage,” McDavid said
“Also, reviewing your business model and adjusting it to meet any raising need will help you get customers,” she added.
She said to grow their business quickly in the present economy, entrepreneurs should have good bookkeeping skills and have a working business model.
Similarly, an economist, Mr Ogunrinde Olabusayo Felix, said entrepreneurs must learn to embrace the uncertainties in the business world.
“As an entrepreneur, risk taking is very paramount. Therefore, an entrepreneur needs to learn risk management and emotional intelligence so that decision making can be objective and practical,” she advised.
