My name is Ogbu Solomon Amuche popularly known as Jeffretz, an entrepreneur and the CEO of Jeff Realty and Trades Solution Ltd.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO REAL ESTATE BUSINESS ?
I got into real estate after series of ideas came into my head, I thought of a business that will suit my kind of person being surrounded by friends that studied estate management and as an architect I think I have a little knowledge of how the system works, I never hesitated to seek advice from them concerning land and landed properties.
2023 SAW YOU ACHIEVE A LOT IN REAL ESTATE FROM VARIOUS CAPACITIES. HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?
I will define it as the foundation of jeffrealty and Trade Solution, it wasn’t an easy task but we give all the glory to God
DO YOU HAVE AMBASSADORS, IF YES NAMELY AND WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THEM?
I have an ambassador by name Cameo Huzla, I chose him because he has the ability to interact with the youths and he has got much potentials, so I felt working with him will be perfect
BEING IN REAL ESTATE BUSINESS IS QUITE UNEASY, WHAT MINDSET DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO ENSURE YOU COME OUT AS A WINNER?
We should always keep in mind that is not a quick money scheme, it takes lots of hard work and capital to be trusted by the masses, when properly handled, it can be so lucrative .
AFTER A DOMINANT 2023 IN REAL ESTATE, WHAT ARE YOUR TARGET FOR 2024?
We have lots of targets come 2024, one of them is to curb the high cost of agency fees in southeast.
