It was gathered that the late Mrs Omokhuale met the fraudsters who are based in Europe some time ago where they arranged to help her set up a business in Benin. She was said to have entered a financial deal with them and obtained a loan from individuals running into over N100m and paid same into the fraudsters account for the commencement of the business.

While waiting for the commencement of the business, the fraudsters demanded additional money which Mrs Omokhuale obliged by borrowing another N200m and sending it to them.

Our correspondent reports that it was while she was waiting for her partners abroad to make the business start yielding profit that those who lent her money started calling for refund which forced her to engage in a further borrowing expedition to pay those who were pestering her for refund of the money earlier borrowed .Mrs Omokhuale drank Sniper when she couldn’t cope with the pressure from those she borrowed money from and later died in the hospital.

A source said Mrs Omokhuale’s father got to know of her problems a few days to the unfortunate incident but that before he could act, she drank the poison and died.
