The Osun Mall located at Old Fakunle in Osogbo was on Saturday evening vandalized and looted by some hoodlums.
The hoodlums took advantage of the security gaps in the aftermath of the pandemonium that broke out during the EndSARS protest by youths.
The hoodlums stormed the mall shortly after the attack on the governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, at the centre of the protest at Olaiya in Osogbo.
The hoodlums vandalized and looted many shops in the mall and carted phone, laptops and other valuable items away.
They also vandalized the Oja-Oba police station and smashed a cars which was an exhibit.
It was learnt that the hoodlums moved to Sabo and extorted people there, forcefully collecting money from commercial drivers and motorcyclists.
