Hoodlums have looted equipment worth millions of naira at Abia State Dental Centre and the Primary Health Authority Office all in Aba South Local Government Area of the state.
It was gathered that the hoodlums carted away with vaccines, X-ray machines, sterilisers, air conditioners, fans and other equipment as well as disposables and consumables.

The State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, John Okiyi Kalu appealed to those who looted the items to return them within seven days to the relevant offices or call the Special Adviser to the Governor on Health Matters, Mr Joe Chinwendu on 0803764 9306 with information on the location of the items.
He said most of the primary health care and dental equipment are trackable and will certainly be recovered in due course if not voluntarily returned.
He warned members of the public against buying or using any of the stolen items.
