Music star, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and his wife, Chioma, have departed Nigeria after their wedding.
In a post via X on Thursday, Davido shared images of the jet, with the caption,“Let’s first launch this one.”
A video also captured the couple boarding the private jet in Lagos, accompanied by Davido’s team members, including Asa Asika, Lati, and Chioma’s manager, Ubi Franklin.
On Tuesday, Davido wedded his long-time heartthrob Chioma in a lavish event attended by the crème de la crème of the entertainment industry and other top dignitaries.
Moments before the singer was handed Chioma as his wife, he became emotional as he assured his in-laws that he was going to take care of their daughter.
Chioma was seen wiping her husband’s tears.
The Afrobeats star also gifted her a car on their big day. Family and friends showered the couple with dollars as they celebrated their union.
The couple is blessed with twins, which they welcomed last year.
In 2022, they lost their first child, Ifeanyi.
Davido has other kids from previous relationships.
