The National Agency for Science Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) says Nigeria’s quest for economic development can only be achieved by sustained home-initiated industrialisation.

NASENI Executive Vice Chairman, Prof. Mohammed Sani Haruna, said this in Abuja on Thursday at the ongoing Science Technology and Innovation (STI) Expo 2022.

He stressed the need to develop local capacity and capability for innovations leading to a manufacturing economy in Nigeria.
