Dear Governor Sani,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I write to you today with a sense of urgency regarding an issue of utmost importance to the residents of our state.
Governor Uba, it pains me to bring to your attention the deteriorating state of healthcare facilities in our region. As you are well aware, access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right of every citizen, yet many in our communities are being denied this basic necessity due to the poor conditions of our hospitals and clinics.
The lack of adequate medical equipment, shortage of essential supplies and shortage of staff have led to dire consequences for the sick and vulnerable among us. Patients are forced to endure long wait times, travel great distances to seek proper treatment, or worse, forgo medical care altogether due to financial constraints.
This situation is unacceptable and cannot be allowed to continue. Every day that passes without action exacerbates the suffering of our people and undermines the trust they have placed in their government to provide for their well-being.

Governor Uba, we urge you to prioritise the revitalisation of our healthcare infrastructure. This includes allocating sufficient funds for the procurement of medical equipment, hiring additional healthcare professionals, and ensuring the consistent supply of essential medications and supplies to all healthcare facilities across the state.
We implore you to address the root causes of these challenges, including corruption and mismanagement, which have plagued our healthcare system for far too long. Transparency and accountability must be upheld at all levels of governance to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our citizens.
Governor Uba, I urge you to take decisive action to remedy the dire state of healthcare in our state. The lives of countless individuals depend on your leadership and commitment to prioritizing the well-being of all citizens. We look to you for swift and meaningful change that will restore hope and dignity to our communities.
