The Minister of Health, Prof. Ali Pate has condoled with the victims of Misau Central Market fire, praying God helps them overcome these difficult moments.
Pate, during a visit to traders who lost their wares also directed the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to immediately swing into action to ensure that relief materials are made available in the affected areas.

Represented by Hon Nazeef Babaji Aliyu Giade, the Minister also announced a donation of N5m to the victims to assist them in assuaging the pains arising from the loss.
He promised to collaborate with the state government to ensure that succour is brought to the victims of the incident in coming days to help them go back to their businesses
