Haruna Yayaha Poloma (Author) Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe

Haruna Yahaya Poloma, voracious reader and author, enjoyed reading Chinua Achebe’s 1958 novel, ‘Things Fall Apart’. 

‘Things Fall Apart’, one of the first books from Africa to receive global acclaim follows the life of Okonkwo, an Igbo leader in the fictional village of Umuofia.

Poloma who reads everything, from historical books to works of fiction, recently authored ‘The First Regular Combatant: Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari’.
