The Resident Electoral Commissioner for Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Cross River State, Dr Briyai Frank land is set to present Certificate of Return to Prof Ben Ayade of Cross River State who was declared winner of the March 9 governorship election in the state.
Ayade has been ushered into the Mike Igini hall of INEC in calabar amidst fanfare by tumultuous crowds of supporters, party faithful and admirers.
