Gwagwalada chair flags off road construction

The Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council, Mustapha Adamu, on Saturday, flagged off the construction of two major roads within the metropolis of the council.

Alhaji Adamu, while speaking during the flag-off ceremony, said the Razak Olifekun and St Mary’s-Market-FRCN roads would be constructed alongside a drainage system and an asphalt overlay.

He said his administration was ready to collaborate with international donor agencies in bringing development to the council area, noting that the council had embarked on various projects such as health centres, sinking of boreholes, construction of bridges and opening of rural roads.
