Groups seek aid for community plundered by Cameroon gendarmes

Two groups: Cross River Builders and Movement for Accountability & Good Governance have appealed to individuals, groups, churches, state and the Federal Government to send aid to the Cross River community of Danare Boki 1 which was recently attacked by Cameroonian gendarmes during a cross-boarder skirmish.

At an event in Calabar, two leaders of the groups, Eliman Pius Eliman and Asu Simeon called on the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Cross River State equivalent to urgently provide relief materials for the victims.
