Motorists are still experiencing gridlock at Natacho junction in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital, even as construction of a lane of less than one kilometre nears completion.
North Central Trust correspondent, who visited the site Thursday, reports that only small portion of the road is still under construction.
However, some traffic wardens in conjunction with some other persons were seen controlling traffic to vehicular movement at the junction.
Meanwhile, commercial motorcycle riders have relocated to the area ferrying passengers from the North or South who disembark in Lokoja.
An Okada operator who gave his name as Aminu Musa said it was all business for them in recent times because of the ongoing construction work and the relocation of the garage from the International Market to Lokoja-Abuja road.
