An ambulance vehicle, on Tuesday, was involved in an accident while conveying a corpse to Edo State for burial.
It was learnt that the ambulance rammed into a stationary truck on the Benin-Lagos road before Okada junction, Ovia North East Local Government Area of the State.

It was also gathered that the ambulance was conveying a corpse for burial when the accident happened, leaving six persons injured.
The accident, which caused heavy traffic on the road, left road users stranded for hours.
A source said some of the mourners, who accompanied the corpse for burial, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
He said officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) conveyed the injured victims to the hospital for medical attention.
When contacted, the Edo State Sector Commander of the FRSC, Henry Benamasia, said he is not aware of the accident as he is in Abuja for official duty.
