Recipe
- Wash and clean all ingredients
- Chop all ingredients that need to be cut e.g. apples, baby spinach, celery
- Pour in all ingredients into the blender and blend to a pulp.
- Once blended properly, serve in a cup and store away the rest in a freezer.
