Minister National Planning Commission, Dr. Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman, who signed the grant on behalf of the Federal Government, yesterday in Abuja, said it was a fall out of the meeting he had with International development Partners recently.
“The grant on Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) will fill critical gaps in our development drive to contain the spread of the disease in Nigeria,” he said.
Describing trade relations between the two countries as cordial, the minister said the Chinese government has been very supportive of the nation’s development drive with “unrequited transfers in form of grants and technical assistance.”
