Govt pays December salaries, 13th month bonus to workers

The Ogun State Government has paid the December 2017 salaries and the 13th month bonus to its workforce in the state civil service.

The State Commissioner for Finance, Mr Wale Osinowo, who disclosed this yesterday, said this was part of the administration’s commitment to the welfare of its workers.  

Osinowo who spoke while taking his turn to defend the Ministry’s budget estimate before members of the State House of Assembly Committee on Finance and Appropriation led by Hon Akanbi Bankole at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, also said past political office holders who were yet to get their severance allowance would be paid before the end of April 2018.
