A statement signed by Buni’s spokesman, Mamman Mohammed, quoted Mr Belgin as saying the fruits of Yobe government’s investments in education have now manifested in the improvement in WAEC and JAMB results of students in the state.
He said candidates of Yobe NTIC have scored between 270 and 300 points in JAMB results making them qualified for admission into universities and other tertiary institutions.
Responding, Gov. Buni urged the management of the college to be proactive in resolving challenges faced by the institution.
“We should evolve credible means of finding solutions to problems in the college. There should always be a large latitude and space to understand ourselves and collectively find solutions to issues to improve the standard of education in the state,” Governor Buni said.
