Governors Abdullahi Sule and Caleb Mutfwang of Nasarawa and Plateau states respectively have called for the strengthening of indigenous content in the programmes of Luft pay TV across the country.
The duo who made the call weekend in Abuja at the formal launch of the digital pay TV, expressed excitement over the economic opportunities and potentials of the pay TV in the industry.
Governor Sule, who commended the Founder/CEO of Luft Pay TV, Dr Bright Echefu, said it was time to use the pay TV channels to promote Nigeria’s culture, history, sports and youths development.
Governor Mutfwang on his part, said Luft PayTV has come to stay to promote local initiatives, boost the entertainment industry and break monopoly for shared values and investment opportunities in the country.
