Governor urges prayer for peace, security

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has called on religious leaders to intensify prayers for peace, security, unity and progress of Nigeria.

Bello, who was represented by his deputy, Elder Simon Achuba made the call yesterday when he received the General Overseer of the Greater Liberation City Worldwide, Dr Chris Okafor and his pastoral team who were in the state for a four-day crusade.

He enjoined them to pray more for the unity of the country stating that the greatness of a nation and the people cannot be without the help of God.
