Gov Yahaya is APC leader in Gombe not Goje — Stakeholders

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State have described Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya as the recognised leader of the party in the state and not a former governor of the state, Senator Danjuma Goje.

The decision was reached at a meeting of the APC stakeholders from Gombe Central Senatorial District, held yesterday in Deba town of Yamaltu/Deba Local Government Area of the state.

In a communique issued after the meeting, the stakeholders commended Governor Yahaya for what they described as a “phenomenal performance in the first phase of his four-year tenure, which has placed the state on the trajectory of sustainable development.”
