Gov swears in new HOS, advisers

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has sworn in the new Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Nasiru Yalwa, and five special advisers.

Speaking at the occasion, the governor said the appointments were part of efforts to address the challenges in civil service.

He said the appointees were selected based on their contributions to human capital development.

The Head of Service who spoke on behalf of the sworn in appointees, assured the governor of their loyalty and support for the success of his administration.

The advisers are; Alhaji Musa Haruna Shittu, Special Adviser Political, Professor Sani Malami, Special Adviser Multilateral and Non Governmental Organizations. Others are; Muhammad Sani Burra, Special Adviser State and National Assembly Matters and Mr Abdon Dalla Gin, Special Adviser Civil Service Affairs as well as Alhaji Madaki Ahmed Gololo as Special Adviser and Focal Person, Social Investment Programme.
