She is, therefore, seeking support from the Gombe State Governor, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya.

According to her, she knows how it has been difficult for her parents to financially support her over the years.

“I am using this opportunity to appeal to Governor Yahaya to help me realise my dream by providing scholarships or any form of financial assistance,” she said.

Young Munyal is hopeful that with the backing of her community and the government, she would fulfil her ambition to represent Nigeria at the international gymnastics’ competition, and even the 2028 Olympics.

She expressed gratitude to her parents for their unwavering support and added that, “It is now time to seek government assistance to help me achieve my dreams.”
