Gombe APC expels senator, rep member over anti-party activities

The Gombe State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday expelled a serving senator and member of the House of Representatives over alleged anti-party activities during the last general elections.

This came two weeks after the expulsion of Senator Muhammad Danjuma Goje over the same anti-party allegations.

Senator Bulus K. Amos, who represents Gombe South Senatorial District, and Yunusa Ahmad Abubakar, member representing Yamaltu/Deba Federal Constituency of the state, were on April 8 suspended by Bambam ward executives of the party over the anti-party activities.
