This is the moment Nico the notoriously bad-tempered gorilla got the hump when a gutsy goose tried to invade his island home. The bad-tempered silverback lives alone on his own island on a lake at Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire as he doesn’t like company. Nico was caught on camera frowning at the visitor before losing his patience, chasing after the bird and raising a threatening fist towards it, sending it flailing into the air. The 55-year-old ape, the oldest gorilla in Europe, clearly didn’t want to share his purpose-built centrally-heated house which is complete with classical pillars and satellite television.
