He said God proved His powers by using non-Christians to buy him a church plot, after another non-Christian donated his hotel for his church’s use free of charge for one year.
Speaking on the Power of God at Work in the Life of Pastor Shadrack, the Man of God recalled that his 13 years in the ministry has been power-packed because he made God his foundation.
He said, “In my journey with God for the past 13 years, I have noticed an infallible proof of his power in my ministry. Just like what the Bible says in Hebrews chapter 11:10, we waited for a city that has foundation and the maker of the foundation is God. God is all that you need. If you have God as a foundation that foundation will never sink or collapse.
“We had 600 capacity auditorium in Karimo [in FCT], but FCT administration demolished the church and our congregation scattered. But I held unto God, and by faith we moved to Mararaba and in Mararaba God’s power was at work. But the landlord of that place came in form of another el-Rufai.
“When we were about to be discouraged, one of the gifts came from my spiritual father, Rev (Dr) T. I. Obiaga who offered me a jeep car for us to sell and get land. But lo and behold, we did not dispose it and God proved himself that he can take care of his people.
“We moved to Akwu village where we rented a three-bedroom flat for my crusade outreaches which I normally tag repositioning night. God worked mightily. One of the miracles I will never forget in haste was when they tied a madman, who is a lawyer by training and brought him to my repositioning night and he went home healed and went back to his work. The power of God is so undeniable in my life!”
He added, “While we thought we were settling down, the landlord came again and sent us packing. But God used a non Christian to bail us out. That is why I advised that on your way up, you should not underrate anyone on this journey. Engineer Momoh offered me his Royal Dream Hotel, free of charge for one year. That is why I always preach that let religious bodies unite to serve almighty God.
“God used other non Christians to get me a plot of land directly opposite Aso Catholic Church in Mararaba. There, we are experiencing the goodness of God and our number is increasing daily. I want to advise my pastor colleagues who in the name of ‘pastoring’ indulge themselves in so many cynical activities,” he said.
