According to Globacom’s Marketing Coordinator, Mr. Adeniyi Olukoya, with Muzik Greetings, the subscriber can say ‘Congratulations’, ‘I love you’, ‘Happy Birthday’, ‘Happy Anniversary’, not with words but with a song, using any background music of his choice.
“He (subscriber) can also programme the message for delivery at any preferred date. The subscriber can choose what date he wants the message relayed to the recipient within a maximum of 7 days”, he stated.
“To activate this service, the subscriber should simply dial 551 and the list of songs is presented in the required category. The subscriber will choose the desired song from the list, add his own message for a few seconds, if he so desires, and it is ready to send,” the statement said.
Explaining further, Olukoya said that after the message is sent, the recipient will receive an SMS, containing the song title and how to retrieve it.
Muzik Greetings comes with a monthly charge rather than usage charge and the charge is cancelled any month the service is not used.
