The 3rd defendant was among the three suspects accused of relocating the body of Gen Alkali from the shallow grave where he was first buried and later moved to a well in another village where it was finally recovered by the search and rescue team of the Nigeria Army.

After taking the statement of the prosecuting witness and cross-examination, the prosecuting counsel appealed to the judge for adjournment to enable him to invite his final witness, Inspector GG Joshua.

The judge thereafter granted his prayer and adjourned the hearing to December 7, for the prosecutor to close his case.
