Kano State Deputy Governor and governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, has said that he has the requisite experience to govern the state.
Gawuna, who stated this while featuring on NTA’s “Political Update”, said having served three administrations in the state in different capacities he had no doubt that he would make a good governor.

He said, “As a two-term former local government chairman, Commissioner for Agriculture and currently the deputy governor of the state, I have an edge over other candidates.
“Kano people are there to judge because they know which candidate has the credibility and capacity to lead them. With their support, we are going to win the election.”
He further said the divisions in other political parties was an advantage to the APC since it was united and working towards victory.
He further said, “Those moving into our party are people who believe in the ideals and principles of the APC, because we have selected the best candidates.”
