Former governors of Kano and Jigawa states, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Alhaji Sule Lamido, respectively will be attending the 39th Annual General meeting (AGM) of the Birnin-Kudu Old Boys Association (BIKOBA) as guests of honour on Sunday at the Murtala Mohammed Library, Kano.
This was contained in a statement issued by BIKOBA’s National Publicity Secretary, Malam Mahmud Ibrahim Kwari.
The statement revealed that arrangements had been completed for a successful conduct of the AGM of the old boys of Government Unity College, Birnin-Kudu, Jigawa State; one of the famous secondary schools in Northern Nigeria.
The statement also disclosed that a lecture titled, “The Relevance of Career Guidance and Counselling in Secondary Schools”, will be delivered by Prof Sabo Ibrahim, Vice Chancellor (VC) of the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State.

During the AGM, the statement noted, Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima, a former Chairman of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA) and one time President of BIKOBA will chair the occasion; and the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero will be the royal father of the day.
