GAC motor vows to boost vehicle ownership

The Chairman of CIG Motors, the sole distributor of GAC vehicles, Chief Diana Chen, has assured Nigerians that the auto firm would continue to provide affordable means to boost vehicle ownership in Nigeria.

He spoke recently when leaders of the automobile industry gathered at the Old Parade Ground, Garki in Abuja for the 19th edition of the annual Abuja Auto Fair.

He was at the fair alongside the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osibanjo, who was represented by the Director-General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) Mr. Jelani Aliyu, who declared the event open.

Diana, according to a statement, praised the resilience of Nigerians and local business owners considering the challenges of doing business within the Nigerian market.

She said this touches her heart and compels her to ensure she gives back by providing Nigerians products that only meet world standards, at the most competitive prices for a more meaningful and enjoyable life .

She stated that CIG motors, through its various finance partners are providing a more affordable way for vehicle ownership and further challenged other stakeholders present to stimulate the industry by offering the best prices with great discounts on vehicles. Throughout the duration of the fair, attendees received huge discounts for GAC vehicles.

CIG motors formally launched its flagship luxury GS8 to the Abuja Market during the event.
