The governor of Rivers State, Sir Similanayi Fubara, said, his administration will provide strong, determined, focused, purposeful and responsible leadership.
Sir Fubara who spoke shortly after being sworn in on Monday at a colourful ceremony in Port Harcourt admitted that the task of governance is enormous, but assured the people of Rivers State that he is equal to the responsibilities ahead.
He said having practically served every government since 1999 in the state, his knowledge and that of the deputy governor is extensively enriched by lifelong interactions, connections and service to the state and the people in public and private capacities.
